We have reserved a courtesy room block at The Intercontinental Barclay Hotel, where all wedding events will take place. You can book a room at our host site here, or see more details on nearby options on our Travel & Stay page.
Please note: rooms must be booked by September 16, 2026 in order to guarantee availability and take advantage of the room block rate.

We recommend arriving in New York by Friday afternoon to allow ample time to soak in the city vibes and enjoy the weekend.
Doors to the Barclay Salon where our ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 17th open at 3:30pm. We invite you to arrive in time to grab a drink from the lobby bar and settle in!
Due to the venue’s central location, transportation will not be provided. We recommend catching the subway, a taxi, or using Uber or Lyft!
October in NYC is typically cool and crisp, with average temperatures ranging from 50-65°F.
We recommend bringing a coat for evenings!
